Program Director - Alexis Schroeder

Alexis was SFHS Varsity Head Coach from 2018-2025 and currently the program director for SFDA Youth competition teams. She has 13 years of coaching experience with youth, JV, Varsity & studio dance teams. In those years, she has acquired many accolades. Alexis is excited to be offering a new competitive opportunity for youth dancers in our community and can't wait to work with them!

Junior Falcons Head Coach - Kari Gabrielse

Kari is the Head Coach of our Junior Falcon Team. Kari has 15 years of dance experience, consisting of both studio and school teams. Kari has previously coached SFHS Varsity dance team and this will be her 4th year with our Junior Falcon team. In those years, she has acquired:

Mini Falcons Head Coach - Alexis Caracoza

Alexis is the Head Coach of our Mini Falcon Team. This is Alexis' 2nd year with us at SFDA and we are so lucky to have her! Alexis was a competitive dance in high school and is a 4 time state champion dancer! Alexis also has 5 years of coaching experience at the varsity level, recreational studio & youth teams. Alexis brings passion, structure and competitive excellence to every practice!

Rising Falcon Head Coach - Kira Schmitz

Kira is the newest addition to the SFDA Coaching staff and we are so happy to have her join us! Kira brings 14 years of dance experience which includes 10 years of dancing competitively. As a dancer, Kira has earned 1 State Champion title & 2 State Runner Up titles. Kira has 5 years of experience working with children and looks forward to making her team a place where every child feels successful, encouraged and excited to improve each week. We are thrilled to see what her first year brings!
